Yes! It is possible! Of course with the necessary discipline and self-control, it requires patience and time as well.
2 – Is there a specific diet that I can use to achieve fast results?
There is no such thing as a specific diet that can work for absolutely everyone. We are all individual and different from one another. The healthiest and most beneficial thing you can do is to eat when you feel like it and limit your portion sizes. We focus on quality, not quantity.
3 – Is it a problem if I don’t use weights?
No, it is not! Body weight exercises (or to put it another way, self-weight training) have been performed for centuries. Our goal is to look fit and athletic!

20 – What time of day is best to workout?
It depends on you and your routine. It won’t affect your results.
